In the past I've been quick to criticize those in leadership roles, especially local leaders, for a lack of understand in regards to resource depletion and energy descent. So it is with a mixture of pleasure and pride that I post this Point of View written for the Charlotte Business Journal by my county manager John Day. Mr. Day is also a driving force behind our new farm incubator program.
