Wouldn't it be great if they a)finally came back down to the historic levels of affordability and b) there were people left who could actually afford one?

Yeah, I know, I need to quit smoking the wacky weed. (disclaimer: I don't actually smoke anything cuz cigarettes are killers, cloves are gross, and marijuana is illegal). But one can always hope and wish.

Thanks for sharing this graph over here, its clear from here that house prices increased too much as compared to past years and as soon as the global recession came the house prices fall down immediately reaching the lowest in past years.
