Maybe I'm paranoid but I detect a slightly unsavory strain in this ad.... From the slogan "grown by our own" to the abscence of an invitation to the farmworker community though every other tangential community imaginable in invited, to the notice that any "citizen" is invited to apply....superimposed on a background of some kind if official looking form with a box asking for citizenship. I am willing to assume the suggestion of xenophobia was wholly accidental, but it sure gives me whiff of same.
